Scott and Mair Armand

Scott was born in New Jersey and moved to Palm Beach County with his family while still in high school. He started in the pest control industry in 1983, and was instrumental in the rapid and phenomenal growth of two local pest control companies. He left the industry in 2002 to consult for other local businesses until 2005, when Scott and his wife, Mair, decided to return to the pest control business, where Scott served as President and CEO of their family company. Mair was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and has held various customer service and management positions over the last forty years. She oversees the customer service division, advertising, and marketing for the Armand group of companies. They have five children, ranging in age from 40 to 26, three grandsons and two granddaughters. Scott and Mair are longtime residents of Royal Palm Beach, and are very involved in local community activities.  Presently, Scott is the 2023 President Elect of the Wellington Rotary Club after previously serving two terms as President of the Royal Palm Beach Rotary Club, while Mair runs a charitable local women’s group, The Women of the Western Communities.

Jim Bartley

Jim was born and raised in Western Pennsylvania before moving to South Florida in the early 1980’s. Unable to find a suitable position in the electronic technology industry, he took a job with Palm Beach Exterminating “until I could find something else”. The rest, as they say, is history. Throughout his lengthy career, Jim has worked for several large local pest control companies, as well as owning two pest control companies. For more than forty years, he has been involved with every facet of the industry, including management, sales, customer service, pest and lawn spraying, and subterranean and drywood termite control. Jim holds State of Florida certifications in General Household Pest Control and Rodent Control, Lawn and Ornamentals, Termites and Other Wood Destroying Organisms, Fumigation, Right of Way Pest Control, Aquatic Weed Control, Certified Professional Food Manager, and Limited Lawn Certification. He is currently the President of the Certified Pest Control Operators Association of Florida.

Jim and his wife Shilla have five children and five granddaughters and live in Jupiter.
